Our in house designing facility is catering the need of the customer in product development and designing labels efficiently and in a short time.

Printing

Our 4 colour Self adhesive Label Printing Machine is imported from Japan. It is having Online Lamination, Hot foil, die cutting and sprocket punching stations. The machine is equipped with Mitsubishi Servo Controller with scanning sensor able to run the same job 2nd time with proper registration. The machine is equipped with UV lamps is useful to print on synthetic materials. It is having Sheeting unit, We can supply in the labels in sheet form or in rolls.

Slitting and Coating Machine

Our slitting and coating machine. This is a customized machine equipped with Fusion UV curing system. for a particular job for a customer. We designed and made the machine.

Thermal Printer

Thermal Printing machine is used for printing Barcode labels and few short run label jobs

Production capacity

Our production capacity is 300,000 labels per day (35mm diameter label One shift operation.)
